Tickets..Money..Passports!
Posted by: | CommentsIt’s a line from AbFab – best show ever! I have so much to do before I leave tomorrow morning. And I’m so excited, I can barely contain myself. I’m just so thrilled to get out of town for a few days and see En. So, we’ll keep this short. Let’s watch a clip from AbFab when Eddie & Pats took a trip to Paris to “sample” some wine…” This is the one..” “No, this is the one we didn’t want..” I definitely see some wine in our future. Along with a bowl of Lobster Bisque. Deelish! And I can bring my cable knit sweater; I always look forward to bringing it out of hiding. Autumn on the Cape… everybody say ahhhhhh…

Posted by: | CommentsI have to share a bizarre moment I experienced last night. My phone is beginning to take on a mind of its own – that will change once I get my new Blackberry Tour at the end of October, but my phone is actually reading my text messages as they come in. That wonderful computerized female voice. So, I’m laying in bed scanning the Zohar, and I hear: ‘Good night, Aaron.’ God, is that you? No, it was the angel that moved to California last week. He calls me by my middle name. He’s the one that took me for quite a ride when we dated. Plenty of heat; the Latin kind. And here I thought I wouldn’t hear from him again. But, it was a nice greeting to hear before bed time. I need to get the voice text fixed though. It kind of freaks me out!! OK..carry on….

the bitch is back!
Posted by: | CommentsAnd so is my guilty pleasure. The Hills new season (minus Lauren Conrad- now that she’s a NYT best selling Author) premiers tonight at 10/9C on MTV. Did you cringe after you just read that? Getoverit.com. Kidding, it’s a xian silly mood kind of day. When I first heard Kristin Cavallari (an original cast member of Laguna Beach) was diggin’ her heels into the hills, I knew we were going to have our hands full this season. She has that classic LA drive: to stir up some trouble! So here’s what we got this season: Heidi starts talking babies with Spencer, Rehab for Holly (Heidi’s sister), and Kristin’s in hot pursuit of Justin (Audrina’s ex.) See, I told you it was my guilty pleasure. So much cattiness, but it’s so entertaining!
A few highlights from the trailer: 1.) Spencer is sporting a cowboy hat and Heidi politely inquires; “are you going to wear that hat everywhere?” Priceless. Audrina and Stephanie are chatting about Kristin’s chaos, and Stephanie says: “how can one person turn all of our lives upside down?” Oh, she can…and she will. HA!
